California AB #655 Amended
Assembly Bills 1068 and 2868 have amended the controversial AB 655 in
California. No longer does a copy of the report need to be automatically sent to
every applicant but the applicant does need to be given the opportunity to
request a copy via a check box on the Release Form. Click on the links below to
